Any appointments cancelled day of or no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before their scheduled start time but before the day of the appointment will be charged at 50% of the service cost. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time I may not have time for your service and you will be asked to reschedule, resulting in a no-show fee.
